Anyone else been up dealing with the CrowdStrike failure…
The whole report printing functionality is down in our Epicor cloud in Asia and UK
We have sever workstations that bluescreen at “csagent” - which I assume the “cs” is for CrowdStrike.
I’m one of two users with admin rights at or location, but am working from home today. The other admin is off today.
I might have gotten lucky by being off work yesterday, and thus my computer was off and didn’t receive the original bad update.

We’ve been fighting it since around 2am est. Multiple BSOD PCs, servers unavailable, Epicor cloud down since 7pm, all hands on deck.
Been working to restore things here since about 12:30 AM CDT. Thanks CrowdStrike.
FWIW - “CrowdStrike” sounds more like virus or malware, than cybersecurity company.
Well currently they kinda are “unintentional” malware.
