Crystal linking

Thanks Mike and Troy! That made all the difference in the world! I don't know why I didn't think of that!

Wendy,
This is one case where you'll find a significant performance benefit from running Report Builder rather than Crystal. There are generally SO MANY labor records to sift through that Crystal (actually ODBC) can get really bogged down, I have found.

Hey everyone!

I have a report that seems to take a long time to compile and pull in data. I just wanted to verify with the group that I have good joins for the tables.

LaborDtl ----->(left outer)----->Indirect: company & indirect code
LaborDtl ----->(equal)----->EmpBasic: company & EmployeeNum(LaborDtl)& EmpId(EmpBasic)

Good joins or should I use something else?

Thanks!
