Crystal quote form

Jim, I believe the export length is hard-coded into epicor's DBF export code
in the quote module. However, If you have ODBC, you can probably link to
the full-length field. (we don't use ODBC)

As far as the quote quantities, have you tried limiting the "Can Grow"
option for the extended descriptions?

Subject: [Vantage] CRYSTAL QUOTE FORM

I am trying to figure out how you can increase the number of characters in a
string field. The salesperson on the quote header is only pulling across 20
characters but if you look at the field on the vantage side it is 30
characters. How can I make these match? Also on the quote form has anyone
figured a way to have the different quote quantities start on line 1 of the
quote with the part number but not be pushed down when you have extended
descriptions for the remaining quantities. Any help would be appreciated. We
are still on 3.00.
