It could be the type of Join you used to add the table. There are only Inner/Outer and Left/Right combos so just mess around with the code to see if that resolves it.
Also - be wary of 'automatic' (over)linking that plagues many drag/drop apps like Crystal. Read the WHERE statements to make sure some 'over-exuberant' GUI created field to field link didn't wipe out your ability to draw in the data in the way you need it presented.
