Crystal Reports Help

I am working on custom quote form for my boss using Crystal. He wants the
comments for each line item to all be displayed together at the end of the
quote. I am having such difficulty figuring out how to do this. I'm
thinking it's just not possible, anyone willing to set me straight?

Use a subreport that contains all the line comments, and stick it in the
report footer.

Can anyone direct me to some tutorials or Help manuals I could use a
refresher for Crystal reports? We're in Crystal Reports 8.5 and it's been
at least four years since I was close to functional in it.
I have tried the Crystal Decisions web-site and navigating that thing is a
bear!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, you all have a nice weekend!
