I use a freeware view that will update the report when you open, you can
drilldown, etc...



Go to www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html



And select Crystal Corral to download.

I used EasyView from www.easystreetsoftware.net at my last job. They
were great to work with and their product is reasonably priced. You can
view and schedule reports.
