Customer Activity Report

You might want to start with the customer statement. It doesn't give you
starting balance but does give ending balance and some of your totals.

We are currently on Vantage 8.03.403C on Progress and I am trying to
create a report either Crystal or Progress that shows the activity for
all customers for a date range. It should show the customer,
beginnning balance at start of time period, total of all invoices
during time period, total of all credits during time period, total of
all payments during time period, total of all misc invoices for the
time period, and an ending balance for the end of the time period. I
have looked throughout the system for something that shows this
information with no luck. Has anyone already created a report like
this or know of any report in the system that I can retreive this
information from. Thanks in advance for the help on this.

Robert,

I created a dashboard for "Slow Customers" or customers we haven't done
business with in x period of time -- based upon two existing BAQ's:
zCustomer01 (Customer Tracker) and zSalesOrder01; using the Publish and
Subscribe method.

Top level BAQ is the CustomerTracker, lower level BAQ is the zSalesOrder
Query... when I select a Customer it displays all the orders based upon
OrderDate filter criteria... in this case I'm looking for the last order
being 12 months or older.
