Customer Field Service

Thad,

I don't know which version you are using, but we tried it on 5.0 and
dropped it immediately because it lacked the integration we expected. I
am hearing, but cannot verify, that many of the improvements we were
seeking are in 5.1.

Subject: [Vantage] Customer Field Service

Is anyone using any database for customer service? We're going to be
creating a new customer service department, and are debating whether or
not
to go with the vantage module, or come up with a database of our own.
There
probably won't be any more than 5-10 users in our customer service
department in the near future.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
