Hi,

When we were on 9.04 we could right click on customer ID within Quote Entry/Tracker & Order Entry/Tracker and the 'open with' context menu would bring up a number of options including Customer Entry and Customer Tracker. Since we have been on 9.05 the only options we have are Customer Search and Customer Quick Entry. We've logged into a demo Epicor 9.05 database and the options we had before are there.

I've looked at security options, loading base forms and the various CRM/Order set up options (Sales Regions/Territories etc) but can't find anything obvious as to why we don't have the options.

We have raised a call with support, but another user questioned where the options were so I thought I'd ask on here to see if anybody had any ideas?
