Dashboard Designer Missing Buttons

I created a dashboard earlier today, no issues. I just got back into dashboard to deploy a different one and there are missing buttons. I have rights to everything including dashboard developer and this is happening on the manager account too. Test environment is fine. What’s weird is in customization mode it doesn’t even pop up the select customization screen nor does it say ‘this form is not customizable’. There are no customizations or personalizations on this screen. I tried to search for this but oh boy lots of topics on adding buttons to dashboards!

Switch into developer mode and reload the form

Also, Dashboard and Dashboard Maintenance are two different commands. I think you want Dashboard and then do what @chaddb suggested.

Thank you for the help, I had forgotten about that pull down, all good and I changed the topic to Dashboard Designer, maybe someone will find this some day!
