Hi all
I am having issues with the “refresh all” on a dasboard. My dashboard consists of 3 queries and a dashboard browse field. The header query is associated with a tracker
When I open the dashboard and type my Pack Number into the dashboard browse field , then all segments of the dashboard are populated.
However, when I select the refresh all button, then my tracker loses the PackID. I have to then click into the Pack Id field of the tracker then back to the dashboard browse field for the links to be all reconnected and the data displayed.
I’m sure it is something simple as I did have it working at one stage.
If anybody can help, it would be much appreciated.
