Yes, I asked because the Sales Territory Maintenance has an interface that (I think) is kind of funky.
But I have used it to mass update customers

Customer with Territory Locked on are (should) not be updated by this process.
And if I remember, there are a couple other cases where a customer/shipto might not change, so there can be some manual cleanup required.
Also, this won’t update Sales Order salespersons - thinking an updateable dashboard might be the way top go for those?
If you have a Test system, probably want to experiment.
That is good to know. Unfortunately our business does not use the primary sales rep in the territory as the primary sales rep for the customer in most cases.
