Are you using epx? I have seen where epx charges the customer but tells kinetic it failed, might want to double check the virtual terminal to make sure, if that is who you are using.
Thanks for the reply, Alisa! We use Ebiz and I do not see any dupped charges in the v terminal.
Is this a fair understanding of what I should expect the deposit screen to show??
Deposit screen shows Original Amount (Prepaid Funds applied directly to the order) less Allocated Amount (Order funds that have been reallocated to the shipment invoice) = Remaining Amount (Funds still remaining on the order)
Math aint really mathin and I’m wondering if an Epicare ticket may be needed.
Yeah ok you shouldn’t have that problem with ebiz, at least I have never seen it, only with Epx. Something definitely looks wrong with that math, I would ask support to explain what is going on.
