We’re moving away from using territories to determine our salesforce. However, when creating a customer it requires you to select a territory. Is there a way to remove this requirement?
Don’t think you can remove the requirement. However, you could create a “global” territory (or whatever description makes sense for you) and a BPM to select that territory when the record is added.
