That’s because you attached it to the check itself….those screens do not have access to the checks.
When you attach see if you can attach it to the invoice. Now if you have customers that can send a check and pay several invoices on it, then you would have to attach the check to each invoice.

HELP! Does anyone use Doc Management to attach the image of a customer's check to the Cash Receipt in EPICOR? Its easy to attach it, but I can't figure out how to retrieve it in the system if you want to view it again?
