Does anybody know how to get the new plus sign back on order entry?

Buttons disappearing in 2024.1.8

Has anyone experienced disappearance of “Add New” or buttons at the top in a newly created layer from base layer. I only added some text fields and published it, did not modify any events or dataviews. in this image, the “+” option to add a new job disappeared along with delete. [image]
