I’m doing some DMT loads for a new company we are deploying to Epicor Kinetic and I noticed the BOM DMT is erroring on many of the records - showing an error message saying “An attribute must be specified”.
It seems like many of these (if not all) are related to operations that are setup as backflush operations. Does anyone know if that is the reason why?
I don’t think that is the cause of your error. You can attach both Backflush and Get Request items to Backflush operations.
Agree with @leonardpothier. Backflushing operations allows backflushed materials. I think that the error message is related to the fact that you have materials that require an attribute. Try doing what you are tried in DMT in a manual manner, and you should see the same error message, and then you will probably see what field you are missing in your DMT template.
