Duplicate paperwork?

I don't see what the problem is. If you have an order for a part not entered
in the master you should have no stock to pick anyway. Once you create a job
the order with say its coming from JobXYZ. If it's a non-stock part you will
only get a suggestion to create a job if it's a manufactured part. Maybe I'm
not understanding your question.

For parts not entered in the item master,or for non-stock items
these create
a job suggestion to act on. They also create a pick list at the
point the
order is due. Thus we may have two papers for the same item if we
have not
shipped the item from the job traveler before we print the pick
list. How
do other people handle this?
