Call support, they will give you a temporary T&E license. It's fixed in 601

Hi Folks

Does anyone use the Time and Expense feature in E9, specifically the weekly time
allocations? I want to use this feature but it seems deactivated for me. I am
thinking its a setup issue. if anyone can help with documentation etc, i would
be thankful.

There is a bug. They combined labor entry and expense entry, but goofed on the licensing. You can either upgrade to the latest patch or get a temporary T&E license from your CAM.
