@timshuwy - Who would have a list of the EpiCare module and category options? I’m constantly trying to figure out what menu tree to assign a case, especially on the technical ones (e.g. database purge).
Unfortunately, EpiCare (ServiceNow) doesn’t have a smart search where you can enter a string, and have it recommend which module and category to use (search is only good for exactly getting the menu item in that specific dropdown, it doesn’t search down to the category). Nor can I export to Excel, so it’d be tediously re-typing the list. Someone created it, so I’m hoping it can be found and shared.
If not, I’m happy to do it for everyone, but figured I’d check first in case someone has it already…
