Epicor tech support told me that it is not possible, for a SaaS site, to silently install the client software on computers remotley. From experience, there is always a way when it comes to computers. Has anyone figured out a way to do this for multiple computers.

We haven’t worked with SaaS yet but… You should be able to just push a copy of the Client folder to the workstation and send shortcuts using the correct sysconfig file.

Not a bad idea. We are currently in the middle of migration. For starters, SaaS does have some limitations compared to an in-house installation.
