We have recently upgraded from v8.03 to 9.05.702a and I’ve just noticed that we had a part that a month ago had operations and materials entered correctly in the method but our job creator just went in today and pulled the part into a job and there were no operations on it or anything listed. We then checked the method and sure enough, all information was gone. The strange thing was that there were 7 different revisions of this part and ALL the revisions information had been cleared. I looked at the change log on the part and all I found was an entry recently that said BOM:noàyes. Not sure what that means but this is got us very concerned on how this could have happened. Any help on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
