Epicor and Antivirus Exclusions

I have worked with many clients on performance tuning engagements with the great team from Epicor, but haven’t found any specific documentation that lists out deployment directories which should be excluded from Anti-Virus related real time scanning. Has anyone seen an official recommendation in this area?

there is an answerbook on epicweb covering it and port exclusions.

The knowledge base article in question:
KB0029163: Ports that should be opened and folders excluded from anti-virus
