Is that the third party one or Epicor’s?
The Epicor one which is “Powered by ETQ”, so I’m assuming, it’s ETQ with hooks (whether they have pre-built or I build?).

Feels expensive,and dealing with Epicor’s people frankly hasn’t been nice.
However, integration has been easy (API call to BAQ) and in reality the product has been really good for doc ctrl and non-conform mgmt.
@georgia.konidas is the real brains behind anything we’ve done and I think we’d be glad to jump on a call to discuss.
