Hoping someone can give me some advice. I am using the Data Upgrade Utility provided by Epicor to upgrade our system from 8.03.409c to 9.05.607. Going from 8.03 to 9.04 works fine but when running data conversion from 9.04 to 9.05 I get the following error:
Program bo/DynamicQuery/DynamicQuery.p was compiled under another incompatible display environment. Cannot run without recompile. (4438).
This error occurs while creating the GLControls.
My environment is a Windows 2003 Server (32-bit) with 3 Gigs of RAM running as a virtual machine under VMware workstation 8.03.
I have called support numerous times but they are pretty much useless when dealing with the data upgrade utility. They won't return my call and everytime I call in they tell me only one person is familiar with that utility and they aren't available.
