They’re 100% employee-owned (ESOP), so you’d literally own a stake in the company you’re building. $118k is the range they gave me, but if you’re in the area or looking to relocate, I will happily go to bat for a higher compensation if that is what would take you to make a move.
Corning, NY / Westfield, PA
A family-owned wiring harness & cable assembly manufacturer, going strong since 1946 and serving medical, defense, energy, and industrial customers — needs an Epicor pro. This one’s flexible: $125k is the target, but for the right person I’ll go to bat to push it higher**.** Corning is the corporate office; Westfield is HQ and the manufacturing floor — either works.
Trumbauersville / Quakertown, PA area
Originally was looking for Epicor specific, but since I haven’t found anyone in the area, we can look for someone with SQL + ERP experience — a great step up for a candidate ready to grow into an ERP career. Looking for $100k.
