Epicor Ideas - a status report - a big WOW and THANK YOU

It has been a while since we reported on Epicor Ideas (other than a few comments here and there)… so here is some stats you might enjoy:

  1. Kinetic Ideas is used heavily by YOU and EPICOR!
  2. We are closing out ideas as “delivered” at a higher rate than ever before:
    • 2022 we delivered on 52 ideas with 1232 votes total
    • 2023 we delivered on 126 ideas with 2954 votes total (this will be hard to beat)
  3. You are voting on a LOT of ideas…
    • 21094 total votes since may of 2020 when we turned on the platform (what a year 2020 was)
    • Nearly 20% of your votes have been DELIVERED upon
    • over 4.5% are currently in development
    • that means that nearly 25% of your votes have resulted in positive enhancements and changes in direction for our software!

Tim, it’s really cool to see all the great ideas out there. I am glad that Epicor has started to crowd source enhancements and that y’all are refining the process of how to field those ideas along the way.

can i misuse this thread for a voting suggestion.:

Export/Import Applications and Related | Epicor Kinetic Ideas Portal (aha.io)

the functionality to export a kinetic application (dashboard), with it’s BAQ’s actually the same functionality as available in the winforms version.
