Epicor Insights 2017

Not likely. 2 years ago I didn’t stay there, and there were shuttle buses going to/from picking up people at several other hotels.

Yeah bro get the big bucks and get a room

I think today might be the last day for the Insights group discounted rate… :fearful: After that you’re stuck with one of those portable fold-up beds from the Janitor’s closet…

We I sucked up to the VP, got approval - and all the rooms are sold LOL!

I’ll be staying right across the street at the Opryland Inn

Well, look on the bright-side, you’re close enough to sleep in after a long night of research, yet far enough away to arrive in style every morning!

The wife and I have stayed across the street there. They have a shuttle. There is a nice little restaurant / stage there that had some decent talent as well.

It’s harder to drag @rbucek… achem I mean a peer back to their room when you have to get them up shuttle steps.

I remember having to drag a co-worker back to Ceasear’s when Insights was still named Perspectives. LOL

Good afternoon, Hello to the group and nice to meet you all.
I have just joined this forum last week or so;

I have heard the Insights in the US is normally much better than what we have in the UK and looking at that agenda it does offer a lot more. So I am trying to get approval to go as well and if so would be nice to meetup and expand my network and share ideas.

I am greatly saddened to see that the ‘Introduction to C# for Epicor Customizations’ and ‘Using Breaking and Routing Rules on Epicor ERP Reports’ Extended Ed courses are leading my REST course in enrollment… I think I need to do less social efforts up here to encourage more folks to come to the course…

Sorry Bart, I had another class my boss is sending me at the same time as
your REST class. Besides, I think I need to skill up more to make better
use of REST as well.

LOL, no worries. I’ll see you at the one hour lab or the solution pavilion!

Don’t worry Bart, I’ll be there to ask enough stupid questions for everyone  Best thing is, I don’t have permissions implement anything you may manage to teach me.

Monday 8-12 right?

Or maybe you need to step up your C# and print routing social work!

@Bart_Elia if you tell us you’ll be throwing out candy to anyone who has stupid questions then I’ll definitely sign up! :raising_hand: :candy: Some of us can be bribed…lol (Just please get the good stuff and no Peeps or Circus Peanuts! I’m still eating the reject candy from my daughter’s Easter basket… :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)

@Randy @Bart_Elia What time sounds good? Monday 7pm, 8pm? The location isn’t too far from the venue. (12 miles)

I had dinner with my buddy this weekend and he just told me to give him a head’s up and he’ll make sure we’re taken care of.

Also, for anyone else wanting to join us, let me know ahead of time and I will make sure we have enough seats. I hope to have some discussions on real world implementation of all things Epicor.

Here is the location\menu:

I’ve created a new thread for you guys to reserve:

Hey I didn’t know this group could be bought with candy…

When I was a young pup I had a mentor who was PMI president for california. Brilliant woman who shoved all the project management skills she could into my young skull. The only thing that stuck was the candy jar…
Find out all the snacks that the different members of your team love and die over. Stock the desk candy jar with all those evil treats. You will never be out of the loop. Everyone will always swing by and snitch a candy and you will always have insight into the real status of things. It’s saved my bacon on a few projects…

Oh who told you about my Italian roots???
Is this something great grandpa will approve of?
