Yep, this is the third time in two weeks.
EDIT - seems to have been a brief interruption, seeing things back moving again.
We have escalated this issue. Support declares that they are working with cloud team to solve issue
Understood and thanks. Ours only lasted a few minutes today - but previous episodes were not that short.
And if I had $1 for every time they used the word escalate, I could buy a Maserati.

Unfortunately this isn’t funny anymore. We’re at a standstill again this morning - 28 seconds for the Sales Order landing page to load, well over a minute to open a single sales order.

Started getting calls like an hour ago.
Yeah, this is ridiculous. We’ve come to a complete halt. I can’t even run the Data Fix Workbench to see what (if anything) is active in SysTasks.
Maybe try restarting your app pool in the cloud management portal? Not much help but I’d also make a ticket to support that you’re down.
Already have a ticket open - from last week’s outage that they never conclusively identified - in correspondence with someone actively
EDIT - and literally 30 seconds after I post this, things have picked up again. Not ready to celebrate yet but at least screens are moving.

yeah I was just going to test it per your guidance and I can’t log in.
Still bad…2 minutes to open a single sales order. I’m sure I’ll hear that it’s working as designed or performing as intended or some other such thing.
EDIT - now roughly two hours into it, still can’t operate. Epicor status page still shows “normal”. I guess they consider the handful of us that have posted here today as being “isolated cases”?
Our Pilot Env has been slow all morning today. Not 30sec per Sales Order slow but several seconds for any app anyway.
Our production instance went down the tubes around 1115a ET. Ran fine all morning, now we’ve ground to a halt, if anything it’s gotten worse.
we’re not live yet but pilot is def slower than usual today.
