Epicor Kinetic SLOW

More tickets!

Never closed the current ticket but at least this one seems to have been a shorter interruption. Even so it’s just killing all confidence in the platform for our team.

I’ve seen that too. The status page seems to only change if it’s a total outage instead of regionally.

We got the same answer. But this morning after weekend users flooding me with complains

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues. I haven’t heard from anyone yet here. Not seeing any indicators yet - our issues seemed to crop up in the afternoon.

Sounds like we had another flare up here Friday afternoon.

Same here, friday afternoon.

Yep…Friday was it for us. Two outages (1p ET, 4p ET) but nothing thus far this morning. Was told there was a fix going in over the weekend but I’m not optimistic.

EDIT - now even less so - we’ve got something wonky going with our Task Agent and we aren’t seeing autoprint output.

Happy Monday y’all

Bad again today can’t seem to Check In Part in Engineering workbench using client and tried web-browser. keeps timing out (Server)
All windows very slow to open

Not seeing issues here…sorry. All I can suggest is to open an EpicCare ticket and get some Epicor support eyes on it.

Every time you see issues, I would open a new ticket.

Yes I would agree but my time is limited would just like the software to work as intended

Truth of the matter is that you good folk on here seem to have more answers than the folks at Epicor and I have always been incredibly frustrated with the ticket system and the time taken to answer all the obvious questions to then find out the case is being handed up the chain to someone who also starts asking the obvious questions.

Sometimes I have either found the fix myself or from you good folks here before they get back to me

Maybe because I am a few years from retirement I really find it hard to raise tickets that will probably upset me more than resolve the issue

We’re all frustrated with a lot of things…gotta keep on truckin’ every day. :delivery_truck:

Your profile says ā€œEpicor Hosted STā€ā€¦I assume that’s single-tenant so your issues might be localized to your instance. Until Epicor Support gets a look at it, there isn’t much else we can suggest. Don’t give up hope…

Update for those that were affected - I got confirmation that Epicor made ā€œresource governor changesā€ in response to our open ticket. Of course, there was an asterisk attached…that it could recur in the future and would require recalibration.

We haven’t seen any problems in over a week so hopefully it stays that way for all of us.

We all agree. I know it’s a waste of time to keep submitting tickets. But, it’s the only way to get Epicor to do something. They have to have a ticket.

Yes but as of today they have still done nothing, as I said all of a sudden its all working for now (Fingers Crossed) and I still have to go in a manage the created ticket and today I closed it now I will get a survey on how well they did, never ending and I only work 3 days per week so my time is best spent moving things forward not waiting on what I would consider a broken system.
I do get your point, I managed a work around for a few days with a second account

I help look after 3 separate companies in the same instance two in the US and us in the UK the instance is in the US east Coast so there is also a 5 hour delay

I do truly respect and thank all on this site who do their very best each day helping others

Anybody else having slow Pilot USCentral this morning? 2025.2.7

I think we’re on USCentral - no Pilot issues running 2025.1.11 - we flexed as we’d just jumped to the cloud in late September.

We are on 2025.2.7 US Central. It does seem to be running slow for us as well.
