If you use LTL Carriers, you should be able to reach out directly to the individual carrier for their Tracking URL, or occasionally I can locate them via a web search.

I just get them from their web sites as they can change over time. Just did this at FedEx. Entered 123 and tracked.
Their url is FedEx | System Down
The placeholder is always: < EpicorTrackingNumber > so the URL is this for FedEx:
FedEx | System Down&cntry_code=ushttps://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&trackingnumber=<EpicorTrackingNumber>&cntry_code=us

I thought it was something with my browser, but it seems that if you put an entry in <> it becomes secret code. See the graphic below.
I assume Norman has the in each url, but they are not shown.

It looks like FedEx has new tracking URL links. Does anyone know what it is?
The one I posted above is still working for me.
If I use the Link Greg posted directly, it still works for me as well. We don’t use the button on the customer ship tracker very often to auto launch the tracking details, it seems to not work so well on my machine. Something else to put on the to do list!
I wonder if it is the version that we are on. I am cloud based and it hasn’t worked since about April time. We put in another help desk ticket to see if Epicor can resolve it.
@tvonderhaar The internal IE browser used in classic got broken by an MS update. This thread has how to use the default bowser to open the link.
