Epicor Slowness

Anyone else on Kinetic Cloud Central US getting Epicor slowness right now? 2026.100.9

Here’s what we’re seeing:

<Exception act="unknown" machine="lv[our-tenant-id]" pid="12" tid="137"><![CDATA[Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

we are seeing issues too on our end- not able to load screens

Experiencing issues for many of our users as well. Unable to login for some of them, just perpetually stays on the Log In screen once they hit the button

It’s always a SQL issue.

We did Site and Instance Restart and put in Support Ticket. API is very slow

We’re on Central US but no issues here yet. We were out on Sunday for about 6 hours (as were others (epicor status page) and it looks like they’re scheduling maintenance for printer services this coming Saturday.

EDIT - here ya go…opened for today: epicor status page

Also loving #inthesubset

I guess we both won the “subset of customers” lottery today. we’re also down / super slow.

Same word-for-word announcement that we got on 9/8 when we went froze late morning and stayed that way for 5 hours. Good times.

They have a whole team of people, remember. You’re in good hands.

LOL…thanks, but we’re #NotInTheSubsetToday

By chance did either of you get (@JMPCONJ ) the email on Sunday that actually listed the tenant IDs?

Yes, I have the email…

Did you get it too @Randy ? I almost logged onto epiusers to check if anyone was chatting about that. I thought they were starting to be more transparent about who was impacted which I thought was cool and was wondering if anyone else was thinking the same thing :delicious:

So cool to send out private customer information to . . . everyone?

I’m not sure that listing customer IDs is great. They posted them at first then edited the post to take them out.

Yes, we got it and wasn’t a good look to be giving out other customer’s IDs.

I just mean the idea, like only contact people who are impacted.
