Looks like I'm the exception. Support calls for me include long holding times, lots of I don't knows (not that that is a bad thing), and I'll continue to work on the issues (not bad either, except when there's no response days after the fact and they won't respond to emails).
I need to vent in a good way. Epicor support has recently (past 3 months) gotten SO MUCH BETTER for us than it has ever been in the past 3 years. Whatever yous guys are doing there, keep it up!
We are having much better help with getting connected to personnel who understand the program and relay turnaround times that are met, and provide solutions that frequently WORK. Kudos to Epicor support.

Either they are staffed better or the call volume isn’t huge. I’ve noticed for a few years now finance calls get resolved quicker on average.

I agree Rob, Production calls are resolved quicker. Staff seems more educated/knowledgable. I don't dread calling them as much.
