I need to vent in a good way. Epicor support has recently (past 3 months) gotten SO MUCH BETTER for us than it has ever been in the past 3 years. Whatever yous guys are doing there, keep it up!
We are having much better help with getting connected to personnel who understand the program and relay turnaround times that are met, and provide solutions that frequently WORK. Kudos to Epicor support.
Any other users seeing better support lately? Anyone know why?

I have seen it the same. With issues that are already known, the fixes get sent right away. But with issues they haven't seen before, +2 months to get it resolved.
Why can finance easily WebEx a session on the first call and any other group won't do it.

Either they are staffed better or the call volume
isn’t huge. I’ve noticed for a few years now finance
calls get resolved quicker on average.
