Epicor User Account Audit Trail

Hi,

I have this question from an auditor

Wonder if any one know there is an user account audit trail.

Meaning to say, when is this user account created and when is this account removed. And also if this account access has been changed, when it’s been changed?

I have this question from an auditor

Hi,

I’m not seeing anything on the sysuserfile table that stores that kind of data. Here is a post that addresses something similar but with the Part record
Display changes made to a part number? - Epicor ERP 9 - Epicor User Help Forum

You would have had to set this up prior to start collecting that data. Sorry :pensive:

Thanks Mackerizie.
Do you have any idea to set it up?
I have raise a ticket as well but they need to check it out before getting back to me.

I am not sure if it’s a industry standard auditing practice to have records of those already staff already left the company and accounts already deleted.

I haven’t done it personally, but you can set it up on Data Directive Maintenance

I don’t know how these are visible to you, but if you read that post I linked in my previous comment, it says to log only what is necessary because it can log a lot of data really quickly and take up a lot of your server space.
