I’ll try my best!

Hate I won’t be able to attend Insights, as there is a TON of stuff I’m looking forward to seeing, so I tend to resort to look at virtual summits when they’re hosted!

I think there is one being discussed for end of year but that might just be water cooler wishful thinking. We have done … ?4? of them now so they will be a regular activity that evolves and is improved.

Yep…nothing works…

put my email…and got id or password invalid…

sent email to support…nothing so far…

I can get in just fine. I used this link: 2020 Virtual Summit - Envision a SMARTer Customer Experience

One thing that is not working is the big links on the side, but the links on the top work for me.

Make sure that you registered first at:

Then when you get the calendar invite you enter your email, you just get in - no password or anything.

I entered my email and I was in.

I did register and used the calendar link to get in… still get the errors upon trying to log in.
I tried multiple times with different browsers.

Yes i am loggin in from Montreal, Canada…

I hope that is not the issue… :roll_eyes: but other us users having the sam eproblem…so not.
