I’m getting login issues too - doesn’t recognize my email. I tried registering again, no change. Checked the computer settings, and everything passed.
So efinately not a regional thing…
I did press on the Help login
and it sends an email to EventSupport@inxpo.com
No news yet…
I wander if Epicor is aware of the issue?
I tried:
another PC\laptop
connecting to our DMZ
different browsers
so I don’t know. I did submit a support ticket and also tried the link directly from the calendar invite but no dice.
Ok now it worked… just got a reply from Event support…
I guess anyone who is not login in click on the help… they will do someting about it…

Registered prior to the event and again just now. Still not able to log in. Frustrating

I can’t get in either. I registered, etc. just like others. This isn’t good…

I did about an hour ago and have yet to receive a response.
Yes, I clicked on the “Login Help” link and emailed them. It’s been 45 minutes and nothing yet.
I have but haven’t gotten a response. I’ve never had issue with this before.
