Eportal answer book

This message can come up if your e-mail in vantage is configured to use
port 5485, you launch Vantage and the computer already has the port open
from another application. I was getting this error when I opened up
Training Vantage and Live Vantage at the same time. I went into the
training database and changed the mail port number to a different number
and the error went away.
