FWIW, the BAQ Options > Where: IN() method does seems to work well.
using this syntax:

Job_JobNum IN (?{TransView.JobsSQL})

PSS- I got the grid.ViewOptions > BAQ Options > WHERE expression to work for IN() clause using this technique with this syntax Part_PartNum IN (?{TransView.PartsSQL}) So now it works for a Context Menu ValueIn and a multi-select searchResult with mutli-paste using SearchChipSelector component: [ContextMenu-SearchChip]
