Error 7175 new install

Well, the message is generated even from the server.  Don't have access to Epicor's web support anymore.  

Just installed a new instance of OpenEdge with Vantage.


I'm able to run query in Procedure Editor, the database and app servers are running, and an incorrect username even returns an error, but when a trying to login the following error is returned: 


7175


Please help.

Possible network issues?
If you can access to Epicweb and search on 7175 you'll see a few answerbooks with some basic troubleshooting notes.
