What I’m envisioning is something akin to territory security. We use call log for outside sales, inside sales, and financial logs. There is no need for the sales side to see the financial side and vice versa.
I plan on segregating the call types by area, so I will be able to limit searches on the form. Will I just have to do that for all reports and BAQs as well? Or is there a mechanism within Epicor where I can prevent groups from seeing data that doesn’t “belong” to them?
