Financial report designer - account numbers

You can print a trial balance with account numbers by going to General
Ledger, Reports, General Ledger Reports, and take the check mark off the
"Print Details" box. This will give you a listing of all accounts and their
balances.

Go into Financial Report designer maintenance and select the report you want
to change. In the specifications select "add" a column for "account number"
(or whatever title you care to use for the account number field) by
specifying the column type as "Account Number". Then move the column to
where you want it by selecting move left (right) until it is in the location
you desire.

One of the column needs to be set up for account number as the type. Then
when you are actually running the report you can decide if you want to see
account detail depending on how your accounts are set up.
