Fiscal Year Change

We did this and had Epicor write a Fiscal Period Mass Change Program. They
didn't ask enough questions and we a had several issues our first time
running. We restored to before change and asked them top re-write to custom
program. After that our periods which used to be July to June were now set
to calendar year. We have been using that setup for over five years now.

We have been in Vantage 4.0 for about 3 years. Our fiscal year in
Vantage is from Sep 1 to Aug 31, but our CFO has always filed our tax
returns with a Jan 1 to Dec 31 year. Now he has decided that we
should change our fiscal year in Vantage to match the tax return.

Has anyone ever done this? What problems have you had?
