Form Needed - Purchase Order

We also had problems in the beginning. We went in and removed the confusing
fields in Crystal.

I am getting alot of complaints from my vendors and purchasing that our
Purchase Order is very hard to read. We are getting alot of parts in
with the wrong quantity because the vendor is misreading the purchase
order. I am using the one Epicor provided - I just added my logo.

Does anyone have one that they are willing to share, that may be easier
to read.
I really do not want to waste a day redesigning a P.O. form.

Since attachments are not allowed on the list, you can e-mail me
directly. Also, I am using Crystal Reports 7.0

Which version of Vantage? The PO is drastically different between them.
