Freight URL's for 5.2 Tracking

I have not had too much luck with locating the correct freight URL's to use
with Vantage 5.2 tracking system in the ShipVia.

I have been able to decipher some of the freight URL's that I need from the
various website's, but some I have been unable to figure out how to
configure to work with Vantage. Below, I have listed those that I was able
to get and also those that I am missing. If anybody has any of those that I
am missing, could you please forward to me? Thanks!

Freight URL's I have been unable to locate: (the ones with * we use a lot)
