I never get MFA prompts from EpiCare anymore. Any MFA prompts would be applied by conditional access policies within Entra. And that’s 30 days for us.

FWIW, I didn’t have the same experience w support and then gave up.
Sounds like you lost at the game of support rep roulette. I got someone good who knew what I was talking about and got it done the same day.

Same. I tried asking support to do the same thing and get put into support roulette.

Have had good luck with Quick Ship support reps but yeah sometimes it feels like a roulette.

I know the Bold Reports one is being implemented… Perhaps we are missing a status such as ACCEPTED. By looking at it, its still Gauging.

I think @timshuwy has too much on his plate to keep the statuses updated. I’ve seen ideas jump from submitted to delivered on the regular. Honestly, it’s something I struggle with with my team and something I’m working on getting better at -communicating what we are working on

Unfortunately @timshuwy is the only one keeping ideas going it seems. If they had more people helping they may be able to keep status updated. But it’s simply too much along with with everything else Tim does.

Use @GabeFranco’s SysTasks dashboard. It will get you by. We were talking about adding the ability to delete dead tasks from it as well
