Remove top GL line when using Allocations
When using GL Allocation, it adds lines based on the allocation but the initial line with the entire amount does not self-delete causing essentially a duplication of the line amount.
Include a ‘Stub Stub Check’ Option for Check Printing
I think ‘stub stub check’ is the default/standard check and should be supported natively out of the box. This is further emphasized by the fact that the checks that Epicor supplies are ‘stub stub check’.
I have put this idea up on EPICOR Ideas before after talking with Gary Parfrey at EPICOR one evening while trying to sort proliferated data on our E9 system before we embarked on our Upgrade. It did receive a few votes back then but then got closed. It is even more of an issue for us now as we deal with a lot of CMI both Free Issued and that we have to purchase ourselves. I also noticed that there is a similar problem with SMI (Supplier Managed Inventory) so whether you deal with CMI or SMI i think it is worth a vote.
ECM Accordions move with up and down arrows, need control over UI.
Issue:
Users lose the accordion state when switching between the header and footer. Additionally, the UI may be confusing—some users might mistake the accordion dropdown on the left for the up/down arrows used to navigate the accordion.
Proposed Enhancement:
Implement a user preference setting to lock accordion states. If a user does not have permission to unlock accordions, this behavior will be governed by a “Lock Accordions” permission, configurable at the User or Group level. This ensures consistent UI behavior while allowing flexibility for users with appropriate permissions.
Wouldn’t it be nice, if when you have multiple (for example) jobs open, their tab names included the job number? Kind of like how websites work. For example, this tab’s name is the title of this thread. It’s kind of important to basic usability.
Instead of “client computer name” returning null for browser sessions, what if it returned any useful data that the browser client has access to? For example, what’s displayed in “help and support center” > “about” info in the browser client. Maybe even client IP!
