Did you find this or was it found by support? Is this common? I guess my first response would be, yes I probably do have a start date in the past, which would be part of using the Global Reschedule. Now, maybe you mean that I have a start date in the past after th Global Reschedule, which is causing the hang. Additionally, I don't want to allow scheduling before today.
Did you just make these changes to allow it to finish and then reset? Or, do you always allow scheduling before today along with started operations?
Just looking to get a better understanding.
