Greyed out Quote to Order

Hello,

Apologies, standing in for some emergency sickness cover here

I have created a new user with the same permissions as another user than can convert Quote to order. I have also added the new person into work force and assigned them as an authorised user

Problem im having is that the complete field etc are greyed out

It could be that in the TASK SET, the task called “CS Enter Quote Details” is marked to not allow wins or loses… you can specify which tasks you are allowed to do function.
Here is what task set maintenance looks like in Kinetic 2024.1, but you should find the same exact fields at your version.

The one thing I might look at is to make sure the new user is also an authorized user for the Work Force record with the Customer Services role.

Thanks for the fast response! In this case it is not the case as other users are able to select win etc
