Help with a dashboard

Do a BAQ with the main table being Part, then link the part rev table... with an outer join...
Add the criteria to the PartRev table to only show you approved revisions.

Add a filter to the BAQ to only show records where the PartRev.Approved <> true.

The approved field exists in the PartRev table. So when I link the Part
table to the PartRev table I get a match for each record. In the situation
where I have 5 revisions and 1 is approved, I will get 4 records showing the
part is not approved, when in fact there is an approved revision for the
part. In this situation I don't want to see any records for this part.

I am trying to create a dashboard showing parts on open orders that do not
have an approved revision. For instance, we have revision levels 0 - 4 with
hopefully one of the 5 being approved, or none of the 5 being approved. I
can't figure out a way of showing only the parts where none of the revisions
are approved. I looked to see if there was anything in the BAQ that could
help as well as in the dashboard. All I am coming up with is showing the
item 5 times with maybe one of the lines having the approved checkbox
checked. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this.
