How can i modify the Date format for a culture setting of Italy

I would like to set the date format for our Italy users as “dd-MMM-yyyy”.

Where can I do that so our UI and SSRS reports will reflect that formatting?

When I change the Format/Culture setting to Italy I get the EU date format of dd/MM/yy however we would like to change that.

Epicor suggested changing the Windows Region settings. I tried that but it did not seem to make any difference. I made the change at the SSRS server (and on my client machine) however the format does not seem to change.

Any suggestions?

Hey Dave,

In Product Configurator User Defined Methods, Epicor showed me that if I choose Invariant for the culture then it would use the Windows settings for client-side methods. So maybe you can try Invariant on the User Account and then use the Windows settings?

Just a shot in the dark.
